Non Violent Communication (NVC)

Non Violent Communication (NVC) helps people improve how they communicate and can positively affect the quality of their relationships, It’s based on 4 pillars:
1. Observation (over Judgment)
2. Feelings (over Evaluations)
3. Needs (over Strategies)
4. Requests (over Demand)
One can use this framework both to express thoughts as well as listen to others. People who are skilled at using the NVC approach find that it enriches their lives increases both empathy and effective communication.
