I provide psychotherapy and coaching in-person at my office in the Presidio Heights neighborhood in San Francisco. I also meet with clients via secure video or phone. I work with individual adults and teens as well as couples. I also provide assessments and referrals to other wellness providers. In addition, I hold workshops and talks on a variety of topics related to mental well-being.

This is an opportunity to experience a private, confidential process where you are at the center. You will experience a one-to-one relationship with me, your therapist/coach. This dynamic provides an opportunity to uncover and explore who you really are and what’s really going on. As we work together, I support you in creating a course for change and development.

No matter what is going on for you, I strive to create a non-judgmental environment in which you can feel understood and supported. These are some of the areas I address with clients:

  • Anxiety/Fear/Trauma
  • Depression
  • Relationships (and how to get into one)
  • Life & Business Coaching
  • Life Transitions (wedding, new baby, new job etc.) & Personal Growth
  • Divorce/Fertility/Parenting/Co-Parenting
  • Wellness/Mindfulness/Mind Body Connection
  • Spirituality

You are an individual and so are your needs. Perhaps you want to create change in your life or things are just plain tough, but therapy is not for you. I understand.

To address this, I provide intakes, assessments, and referrals as part of a structured, short-term process. This is not therapy nor is it coaching, rather it is an insightful process than will help you get to the heart of the matter and move forward. You will leave with an assessment, a plan, and a list of specific providers and resources just for you.

With a rich network of peers, I refer you to providers who offer different approaches to healing, insight, and problem solving including: executive & career coaching; acupuncture; meditation; psychiatry; legal & finance support; feng shui; plant medicine; dating coaching and nutrition consulting among others.

If your school, business, or organization/group needs a boost around a mental health topic, I provide workshops or speak to small and large groups. I have presented on topics including the mind body connection, the link between nutrition and well-being, positive/effective communication, and how to cope with a traumatic event. I have also lead therapeutic yoga classes and circles of connection.
